Cancellation Policy

This Cancellation Policy applies to all services purchased through addressdaddy.com, operated by THOUSIF INTERNATIONAL IMPORTS AND EXPORTS, a proprietorship registered in Karnataka, India (GSTIN 29AARPZ4353Q1ZC).

By placing an order with us, you agree to the terms set out below. This policy should be read together with our Terms and Conditions and our Refund Policy.

1. Services covered

This policy covers the services we sell through addressdaddy.com, including:

• Website design and development
• Advertising and campaign management
• Digital marketing services
• Search engine optimisation services

Each engagement is governed by the specific scope, timeline and fee confirmed in writing at the time of purchase.

2. How to request a cancellation

All cancellation requests must be made in writing. We do not accept cancellations made by telephone alone.

Send your request to support@addressdaddy.com with the following details:

• Your full name and the name of the business the order was placed under
• The order or invoice number
• The service you wish to cancel
• The reason for cancellation

We acknowledge every cancellation request within two working days and confirm the outcome in writing within five working days.

The date of cancellation is the date on which we receive your written request, not the date on which you decide to cancel.

3. Cancellation before work begins

If you cancel before we have begun work on your project, you may cancel without penalty and the full amount paid will be refunded.

“Before work begins” means before we have held the project kick-off call, requested access to your systems, or commenced any design, development, research or campaign setup work, whichever occurs first.

4. Cancellation after work has begun

Once work has begun, cancellation is permitted at any time, but charges apply for work already completed.

Fixed-scope projects. Where a project has defined milestones, you will be charged for all milestones completed and delivered, plus a pro rata charge for work in progress on the current milestone. Any balance remaining from your payment will be refunded.

Hourly or time-based work. You will be charged for all hours logged up to the date of cancellation. A timesheet will be provided on request.

Retainers and monthly services. Monthly marketing, advertising and search engine optimisation retainers may be cancelled with 30 days’ written notice. Service continues, and remains payable, through the notice period. The current month is not refundable once the month has commenced, because campaign work, reporting and account management are performed continuously through the month.

5. Items that cannot be cancelled or refunded

Certain costs are committed on your behalf to third parties and cannot be recovered once incurred. These are not refundable under any circumstances:

• Domain name registrations and renewals
• Hosting plans, once activated
• Advertising spend already placed with platforms such as Google Ads or Meta
• Third-party software licences, plugins, themes, stock assets and premium tools purchased for your project
• Directory listing fees, submission fees and paid placements made on your behalf
• Government fees, taxes and statutory charges

Where these costs form part of your order, they will be itemised on your invoice.

Custom work that has already been delivered and accepted by you is also non-cancellable.

6. Cancellation by us

We reserve the right to cancel an order or terminate an engagement in the following circumstances:

• Non-payment of an invoice beyond 15 days from the due date
• Failure to provide content, access, approvals or feedback needed to proceed, where the delay exceeds 30 days
• Requests that would require us to breach applicable law, platform policies or search engine guidelines
• Abusive or threatening conduct towards our team
• Suspected fraudulent activity, including suspected fraudulent use of a payment instrument

Where we cancel for reasons other than your conduct or non-payment, you will be refunded for any work not yet performed.

You acknowledge that Razorpay Software Private Limited holds the right to withhold funds relating to addressdaddy.com in the event of suspected fraudulent activity, and holds the right to refund any payment in the event of a dispute.

7. Refund processing

Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within seven to ten working days of approval. We are unable to refund to a different card, account or payment instrument.

The time taken for the amount to appear in your account depends on your bank or card issuer and is outside our control. Bank charges, payment gateway fees and currency conversion losses, where applicable, are not reimbursed.

8. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The version in force at the date of your order is the version that applies to that order. The current version is always published on this page with the date of the most recent update.
